Buddy Murphy Battles Daniel Bryan On 8/20 WWE SmackDown
Murphy looks for revenge on SmackDown.
After being forced to admit that he lied when he named Rowan as Roman Reigns‘ attacker, Buddy Murphy will be out for revenge on Tuesday’s WWE SmackDown when he takes on Daniel Bryan.
Murphy issued the challenge on social media, asking Bryan to step up to the plate the same way Reigns did this past Tuesday on SmackDown when he took on Murphy in a highly competitive bout.
Last week on #SDLive, @WWERomanReigns and I went face to face & left it all in the ring. If @WWEDanielBryan has an issue with me, he can meet me in the same place I met Roman! Challenge issued.

Daniel Bryan had no issue accepting Murphy challenge.
Imagine getting beat up by a large man for accusing him of something he had nothing to do with, and then challenging the much smaller friend of the man who beat you up. #SocialMediaToughGuys #ChallengeAccepted #SDLive https://t.co/QD7jntmLQq

WWE made the match official shortly after Bryan’s acceptance.
Along with Murphy vs. Bryan, the first-round of the King of the Ring tournament on the SmackDown side will begin on Tuesday when Elias takes on Kevin Owens, and Apollo Crews meets Andrade.
