Report: Niko Price Faces Geoff Neal At UFC 240
A welterweight division attraction has been added to UFC 240 according to MMA Junkie as Niko Price is going to be in action against Geoff Neal.
Price (13-2-0-1NC) has won three of his last four under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over George Sullivan, Randy Brown and Tim Means. Price has competed sixteen times as a professional MMA fighter and just one of those encounters went the distance. Price has competed twice before on UFC pay-per-view cards, winning at UFC 207 and losing at UFC 228.
Neal (11-2-0) is undefeated thus far in UFC competition, defeating the three pack of Brian Camozzi, Frank Camacho and Belal Muhammad. Neal also competed on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 3, defeating Chase Waldon by first round TKO. Neal has seen three of his professional MMA bouts go the distance and the fighter won all three of those encounters.
UFC 240 takes place on Saturday, July 27 from Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with Max Holloway and Frankie Edgar headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
