– Seven-division world champion Amanda Serrano revealed on Twitter that she is no longer competing for Combate Americas as an MMA fighter and is looking to pursue a run at Bellator MMA. Serrano last fought as a boxer this past January when she captured the WBO super flyweight world title.

– Hartford Boxing Promotions reaches agreement with Star Boxing to co-promote unbeaten prospect Richard “Popeye The Sailor Man” Rivera. Rivera will face Brian Howard on June 28 in Monticello, New York for the vacant American Boxing Organization (ABO) cruiserweight title.
