AEW Hires Former WWE Senior Director Of Live Event Marketing
New hire for All Elite Wrestling.
Former WWE Senior Director of Live Event Marketing. Rafael Morffi announced that he has joined AEW to handle their live event productions. Along with working in WWE, Morffi has worked for the New York Mets and New York Cosmos. He’s also spent time working with IMPACT Wrestling and House of Hardcore. He was part of the team at AEW Double or Nothing on May 25.
PWInsider reports that Morffi is “well-liked and respected within the pro wrestling world.”

The next AEW event, Fyter Fest, is scheduled for June 29 from the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, FL. The promotion is scheduled to begin running a weekly live television show on TNT beginning in the fall, but no start date has been announced.
