Will Ospreay Wins NJPW BOSJ 26; Will Face Dragon Lee For IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title At Dominion
For the second time in four years, Will Ospreay is the best super junior in the world.
In the finals of the Best of Super Juniors 26 tournament, Will Ospreay got the better of Shingo Takagi, ending Shingo’s undefeated streak and winning the Best of Super Juniors crown. Ospreay managed to survive or escape everything Shingo threw at him, finally putting away The Dragon with a Hidden Blade, Super Oscutter, and Stormbeaker combo.
With this victory, Ospreay will challenge Dragon Lee for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title on June 9 at Dominion.
