Lucha Empire Cancels Event Due To Lucha Bros Being Injured At AEW Double Or Nothing
Lucha Bros are banged up.
This past Saturday at AEW Double or Nothing, The Lucha Bros (Pentagon Jr. & Fenix) challenged The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) for the AAA Tag Team Titles. The bout was an all-action affair with both teams pulling out all stops in order to secure the victory. After a 25-minute high impact contest, it should come as no surprise that The Lucha Bros are a little banged up following their loss.
So banged up that Lucha Empire in Houston, Texas canceled their May 26 event where the Lucha Bros were scheduled to appear. Refunds are being issued for fans who purchased tickets.
