Scardina will defend his title for the first time against Alessandro Goddi. Scardina won the title at a prior Matchroom Boxing Italy show in Milan back in March when he won a 10-round decision against Henri Kekalainen. Goddi, a former EBU European middleweight title challenger, has won two of his last four fights and is coming into the fight with a 35-4-1 pro record.
Also announced for the card is an EBU lightweight title bout between Francesco Patera and Paul Hyland Jr. Patera will be defending his title for the second time in his second reign. The 26-year-old Patera won the belt last year when he defeated Lewis Ritson. Hyland has won his last two fights since suffering his first pro loss last year against Ritson by first-round TKO.
The third title fight is a welterweight bout between Dario Morello and Steve Jamoye for the WBO Global title. Morello has won all 14 of his pro bouts and once held the Italy national welterweight title. Morello last fought in March when he won a six-round decision against Ivan Njegac. Jamoye is coming off a unanimous decision win against Mehdi Mouhib to win the IBO Mediterranean and WBF Intercontinental welterweight titles back on April 12.
