WWE SmackDown 4/23 Viewership Down Following Superstar Shake-Up
WWE SmackDown viewership drops following WWE Superstar Shake-Up.
ShowBuzzDaily reports that Tuesday’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live drew 2,072,000 viewers. This number is down from last week’s viewership of 2,219,000 viewers and the lowest number since Feb. 12. SmackDown is averaging 2,157,000 viewers for the month of April.
The Apr. 23 episode posted a 0.71 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from last week’s 0.74 rating. The rating has dropped in each of the last three weeks. SmackDown finished fourth among cable originals, losing out to the two NBA playoff games on TNT and Inside The NBA, the post-game show on TNT.
