That could very well be the best Gegard Mousasi has looked in the UFC. He very well could have been competing for the UFC Light Heavyweight Title tonight had Anderson Silva not stepped up.

Round 1: Sanchez opens with an uppercut and a body kick. An inside leg kick lands, but Lauzon starts drilling Sanchez with punches. Sanchez won’t go down. His mouth guard falls out, but he’s still on his feet. Lauzon keeps punching until Sanchez runs backwards. The ref finally stops it.

That was a little heartbreaking to watch. Even the referee was like “This is Diego Sanchez, he’s a zombie, should I stop this?” Either way, on to Fox Sports 1!

Dillashaw looked great, and will likely get a title shot againt Dominick Cruz. It probably wasn’t a good idea for Assuncao to take on Dillashaw after missing almost two years with ankle injuries.

That was as good as Cain Velasquez as looked in a long time, and as bad as Browne has looked. This is Velasquez’s first win since 2013.
