Report: Vinicius Moreira Faces Roman Dolidze At UFC Fight Night Minneapolis
A light heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Minneapolis according to Farah Hannoun as Vinicius Moreira is in action against Roman Dolidze.
Moreira (9-2-0) is currently winless under the UFC banner, having dropped a bout to Alanzo Menifeld by first round TKO at UFC Fight Night Brooklyn. Moreira also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Brazil Episode 3, defeating John Allan Arte by second round submission. Moreira has competed eleven times as a professional MMA fighter and none of those bouts have gone the distance.
Dolidze (6-0-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this bout and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted over two years. Dolidze competed five times in the World Warriors Fighting Championship promotion, last defeating Michal Pasternak at WWFC 13 in December of 2018. Dolidze has competed six times as a professional MMA fighter and none of his bouts have gone to the judges scorecards.
UFC Fight Night Minneapolis takes place on Saturday, June 29 from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota with Tyron Woodley and Robbie Lawler headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which is going to be streaming live on ESPN+.
