Patricky Pitbull Undergoes Surgery On Wrist

Patricky Pitbull was last seen in action at Bellator MMA Europe 1, defeating Ryan Scope by way of split decision.

Fans haven’t seen Pitbull back in the cage since that event and there is a good reason for that,  the fighter has undergone wrist surgery.

Got out of surgery a couple hours ago. I ruptured a tendon on my wrist in the first round of my last fight. Surgery was a success, but the damage was a bit more complicated than expected. It will delay my recovery a little bit, but doctors and I are optimistic I may be able to fight by August. See you guys soon! —-Saí da cirurgia há algumas horas. Matheus Aquino, who is Pitbull’s manager, has informed MMA Junkie that his client is going to be able to train again in about six weeks time.
