New IWGP Heavyweight Championship Design Revealed At NJPW/ROH ‘Festival Of Honor’

The IWGP Heavyweight Title got a makeover.

Ring Of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling held their G1 Supercard press conference at the Festival Of Honor event at the Hulu Theater. As the current IWGP Heavyweight Champion Jay White and Kazuchika Okada made their way out to the table to speak about their forthcoming match at G1 Supercard, White showed off his newly-designed IWGP Heavyweight Championship belt. The belt has been fixed up and a screenshot of the title was posted on the @FightfulWrestle Twitter page.

The IWGP Heavyweight Championship match is one of twelve matches that will unfold at G1 Supercard and here’s a look at the updated match card:
