Report: John Cena Has Agreed To Have A Match At WrestleMania 35
Cena is reportedly set to wrestle at WrestleMania 35.
Although the former 16-time WWE World Champion John Cena has not been officially announced for WrestleMania 35, Dave Meltzer stated during a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that John Cena has agreed to compete at WrestleMania. Meltzer added that he has not been informed about who Cena’s opponent could be but was told that it will not be Kurt Angle.
The 41-year old Cena returned to WWE in December of 2018 for the road to the Royal Rumble. Cena wrestled at nearly every live event and TV taping from December 26th up until his final appearance on RAW on January 14th where he took the pin-fall in the Universal Championship #1 contender’s match. John Cena was announced for the 2019 men’s Royal Rumble match but WWE pushed out a storyline notification that Cena had to be pulled from the Rumble due to injury so that he could commit to his acting duties.
