Entire UFC Fight Night 102 Card Announced

The UFC’s second trip to New York will be taking place at UFC Fight Night 102 on Friday, December 9th. The promotion has announced the complete line-up.

The main event will be a heavyweight division clash that will be pitting #11 ranked Derrick Lewis (16-4-0) against Shamil Abdurakhimov (17-3-0). The co-main event is the only fight that was announced ahead of time as #3 ranked Raphael Assuncao (23-5-0) takes on #8 ranked Aljamain Sterling (12-1-0).

The rest of the card features #13 Patrick Cummins (8-4-0) facing #15 Gian Villante (14-7-0), Oluwale Bamgbose (6-2-0) battling Joseph Gigliotti (7-1-0), while Randy Brown (8-1-0) takes on UFC newcomer Charlie Ward (2-1-0), middleweights collide as Keith Berish (5-0-0-1NC) returns to the UFC to fight Ryan Janes (8-1-0), #15 Julianna Lima (8-3-0) will be taking on TUF 23 Women’s Strawweight Tournament winner Tatiana Suarez (4-0-0), #11 Corey Anderson (8-2-0) looks for the win against/ UFC vet Sean O’Connell (17-8-0) and Tiago Trator (20-5-2) dukes it out with Zubaira Tukhugov (18-4-0).

In a sad note, Oluwale Bamgbose was originally set to be fight Josh Samman at this event, something Samman had posted on Twitter prior to his sudden passing earlier this month.

Also of note, the second UFC event in New York (following next month’s UFC 205 event) will be streamed in its entirety on UFC Fight Pass.

UFC Fight Night 102 will be taking place on Friday, December 9th from the Times Union Center in Albany, New York with Derrick Lewis and Shamil Abdurakhimov headlining.
