UFC Fight Night London Live Gate, Attendance & Bonuses
UFC Fight Night London took place this past Saturday, with Jorge Masvidal scoring a second round knockout win over Darren Till in the main event.
A total of 16,602 fans attended the event at the 02 Arena in London, while MMA Junkie’s John Morgan noted that this event drew the highest live gate in the history of the London cards, as the total gate was $2.4 million. There is no word yet on any comped tickets, but that is information the UFC generally doesn’t reveal.
Bonuses were also handed out and Masvidal wound up earning $100,000 on his own for the main event performance. Masvidal and Till took home $50,000 each for Fight Of The Night, while Masvidal and Dan Ige (who defeated Danny Henry by first round submission) took home $50,000 each for Performances Of The Night. A total amount of $200,000 was handed out in bonuses, which is the norm for UFC events.
Up next for the UFC is UFC Fight Night Nashville from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee with Stephen Thompson and former UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis headlining. The entire event, preliminary card and main card, is scheduled to stream live on ESPN+.
