Baszler To Defend NXT Women’s Title Against Shirai, Sane, & Belair At TakeOver: New York, Updated Card
NXT Women’s Title bout is official for TakeOver: New York.
Following tonight’s episode of NXT, WWE announced that Shayna Baszler will defend her NXT Women’s Title in a fatal four-way match against Io Shirai, Kairi Sane, and Bianca Belair.
A Number One Contender’s Bout between Belair and Shirai took place on Wednesday’s episode of NXT, but ended before a winner could be crowned thanks to interference by Baszler. Sane arrived to try and help her friend Io, but she got choked out for her trouble as well.
