Report: Court Orders IMPACT/Anthem To Produce GFW Amped Sale Documents In Jeff Jarrett Lawsuit
The latest on the legal battle between Jeff Jarrett and Anthem/IMPACT.
PWInsider reports that the court has ordered Anthem to produce documents related to the sales of the GFW Amped content that may have been distributed to IMPACT Wrestling’s international partners. Jarrett and Global Wrestling Entertainment want the international distribution information in order to better gauge their potential damages. Anthem claimed the documents “are contracts with third parties that contain confidentiality provisions.”
A conference call was held on Feb. 26 after Jarrett’s side filed a motion requesting the documents. The documents will be filed under seal confidentially. Anthem or any third party has 14 days to file a potential objection. Once that process completes itself, Anthem will be required to file the documentation with the court. Anthem must also inform their international partners of this situation.
As previously reported, IMPACT/Anthem admitted to deleting the master tapes of the 16-hours of Global Force Wrestling Amped!
