Becky Lynch Says She Keeps Hearing That She’s Overrated And Does Not Understand It

Becky Lynch does not understand why people think she’s underrated or what the word means.

“The Man” and former two-time SmackDown Live Women’s Champion Becky Lynch has arisen to the top of the food chain in WWE as one of the company’s top superstars. Over the past number of months Becky has become “The Man”, taken the fight to Ronda Rousey, main evented TVs and pay-per-views, dissed the former 16-time WWE World Champion John Cena and burned many of her colleagues on social media.

Although those aforementioned things look nice on her resume’, Becky is concerned with one thing and that is getting back the SmackDown Women’s Title and she’ll have that opportunity next Sunday in Phoenix at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view when she faces Asuka for the title. To promote her forthcoming appearance in Arizona, Becky spoke with ‘azcentral.com’ and during the conversation Becky said that one of her biggest frustrations is hearing that she’s overrated.

“I keep hearing now that I’m overrated. I don’t think I even know what that really means.” Becky said. “Does it mean that I’m not what you think I should be? I’m working my (rear) off and delivering what I say and get[ting] a reaction every single time. What does that mean? Of course it’s only from a few loud people, and that’s naturally gonna happen as you rise up the ranks.”

Becky Lynch provided a small spoiler of what will go down at the Royal Rumble from how she sees it and that is walking out of ‘Chase Field’ as a three-time SmackDown Women’s Champion.

“The first thing that goes into my mind is how I can plan some hijinks. How can I take the show? I’m gonna take back that championship and make it the most talked about title in all of the WWE and the world.” She claimed.
