BREAKING: Jim Ross says Goldberg vs. Lesnar at Survivor Series
After 12 years, Goldberg appears to finally be heading back to WWE.
According to legendary announcer and WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross, Goldberg has agreed to return to the company. Ross has reported that a source revealed to him that it will be Goldberg taking on Brock Lesnar in a match that will happen at Survivor Series in Toronto this November.
Another source says that @Goldberg vs @BrockLesnar is a done deal and that it will likely go down at #SurvivorSeries. If true, bravo @wwe

Goldberg's last match in WWE took place against Lesnar at Wrestlemania XX in a bout that didn't exactly live up to expectations. A rematch, albeit 12 years later and with Goldberg set to turn 50 years old this year, ooks to drum up publicity for a company that is seeing ratings decline and live attendance numbers fall off.
There is no other information about a potential Goldberg return at this time, including whether his return would be for a one-off match or an extended period of time, and nothing has been confirmed by any of the involved parties. Goldberg is scheduled to appear on ESPN's SportsCenter on Wednesday night with Jonathan Coachman.
Stay tuned for more on this potential major developing story.
