Carmella & R-Truth Meet Alicia Fox & Jinder Mahal In MMC Finals At WWE TLC, Updated Card
The finals for the Mixed Match Challenge are set as the team of Carmella & R-Truth will face Alicia Fox & Jinder Mahal at WWE TLC.
Fox & Mahal were the first team to qualify on Tuesday night when they defeated the newly formed team of Apollo Crews and Bayley. Crews stepped in for the “injured” Finn Balor, who had been Bayley’s partner throughout the entire tournament. On the SmackDown side of the bracket, Carmella & R-Truth upset the reigning champions, Asuka & Miz.
Both teams were the No. 4 seed in their respective brackets, having both gone 1-3 during round robin competition. The winning duo on Sunday will be No. 30 in their respective Royal Rumble bouts.
