Deontay Wilder Conference Call Highlights: Possible Tyson Fury Rematch, Reveals He Had Broken Arm
Just days after Deontay Wilder fought Tyson Fury to a split draw in Los Angeles, the WBC heavyweight champion hosted a media call to discuss what is next for him.
Wilder touched upon a number of topics on the media call, including his interest of wanting a rematch against Fury, his anxiety levels in the match and if he thought he won the first fight. Wilder also revealed that he suffered a broken arm right before his training camp and had surgery sometime in September.

Stephen Espinoza chimed in on a Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury rematch. Espinoza said May or June would be more ideal to make the rematch happen to give both men time to rest. Espinoza said the satellite PPV numbers have been delayed a bit and so he doesn’t have the numbers yet.
