Jeff Hardy Replacing Daniel Bryan On Team SmackDown’s Men’s Survivor Series Team

Hardy is on team SmackDown.

To open tonight’s WWE SmackDown Live from the ‘Enterprise Center’ in St Louis. Missouri, Paul Heyman made a surprise appearance on the show and instigated a feud between Daniel Bryan and WWE Champion AJ Styles. Styles and Bryan then got involved in a scuffle which led to a WWE Championship match between them being made official. In wake of this breaking news, Daniel Bryan was pulled from Team SmackDown’s men’s Survivor Series team for this Sunday.

Former WWE United States Champion Jeff Hardy and former NXT Champion Andrade “Cien” Almas had a one-on-one bout following this segment and Hardy emerged victorious from that match. The camera then cut to backstage where it was SmackDown GM Paige and the captain of Team SmackDown The Miz along with Rey Mysterio and Samoa Joe. Paige granted The Miz the power of choosing a replacement for Daniel Bryan seeing as how he is no longer a part of Sunday’s team and The Miz selected none other than Jeff Hardy who he watched pick up a victory.
