Eddie Guerrero Documentary Streaming Live On WWE’s YouTube Channel This Sunday

A documentary about “Latino Heat”.

The man who lied, cheated and stole his way to people’s hearts, WWE Hall Of Famer Eddie Guerrero will have a documentary about his career on SmackDown streaming live on WWE’s YouTube channel this Sunday. “Latino Heat” moved exclusively to the SmackDown brand in 2002 and had been a focal point on the show up until his passing in 2005.

While a part of the brand Eddie was a 4-time WWE Tag Team Champion, a United States Champion and a holder of the WWE Championship that he captured from Brock Lesnar in the main event of the 2004 ‘No Way Out’ PPV. In honor of all that Eddie had accomplished on the SmackDown brand, WWE put together a documentary entitled ‘WWE Untold: Eddie Guerrero’ that will air this Sunday on their YouTube channel and it will feature comments and exclusive interviews from John Cena, Paul Heyman, Dave Bautista, Sasha Banks and others who knew Eddie personally and/or admired him by what they knew of him and his work.

Below is the official press release for the documentary by way of WWE.com:

“Eddie Guerrero was one of the most beloved Superstars in WWE history, and he played a huge role in defining SmackDown as a brand. The newest edition of the documentary series “WWE Untold” explores Guerrero’s effect on the blue brand as it approaches its 1000th episode, and will stream live on WWE’s YouTube channel this Sunday at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.

Featuring exclusive interviews with John Cena, Batista, Kurt Angle, JBL, Paul Heyman, Sasha Banks, Aiden English and Vickie Guerrero, this edition of “WWE Untold” will examine how Guerrero emerged as a leader on SmackDown in the early days of the 2002 brand split, both on-screen as a performer and behind the scenes as a locker room leader for a group of young Superstars out to prove themselves on a show that found itself competing with Monday Night Raw.

Before SmackDown’s historic 1000th episode, take an incredible behind-the-scenes look at one of the blue brand’s greatest Superstars in an all-new edition of “WWE Untold,” streaming live on WWE’s YouTube channel this Sunday at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT!”

SmackDown 1000 is upon us with only four days remaining until the blue-brand super show. Recently, WWE confirmed that Hall Of Famer and former 11-time WWE World Champion Edge will be returning to SmackDown to host a special edition of ‘The Cutting Edge’.
