What a cause!

October is the official month of Breast Cancer Awareness in the United States. This month and Breast Cancer itself touches the hearts of many people who are affected by the disease or have family and friends who are battling it. Companies such as WWE help contribute to the cause by teaming up with Susan G. Komen to help the fight against breast cancer and there are also a number of fellow wrestling promotions who do their part as well to help the cause.

The Los Angeles-based wresting promotion ‘Bar Wrestling’ is the latest example of contributing to the fight against the disease as they will be teaming up with breast cancer research organization Dr. Susan Love to present a wrestling event entitled ‘BreastleMania’ that will be held on October 17th.

As mentioned in the tweet, all proceeds will be going to charity and the promotion has announced the names of a number of wrestlers who will be a part of this event such as Tessa Blanchard, Penelope Ford, Scarlett Bordeaux, Sage Sin, Nicole Savoy, Diamante, India Hartwell, Shotzi Blackheart, Ruby Raze, Kiera Hogan, Deliah Doom, Katarina and Lucha Underground’s Melissa Santos as the ring announcer, Joey Ryan, Scorpio Sky, Brian Cage, Tyler Bateman, Brody King, LuchaSaurus, Johnny Yuma, Kevin Martenson, Eli Everfly, Peter Avalon and Ray Rosas.
