I asked Jay Lethal on how ROH has changed since he wrestled for the ROH title at Death Before Dishonor in 2016 and said it’s two things: “Wrestling is in sort of a boon period” and that ROH has the best roster in the world despite losing some pieces from time to time.

Adding on to the state of wrestling point, Jay said thanks to social media and the internet, fans who were only blinded to 1 product now are watching 5 or 6 different promotions plus Ring of Honor is having some of the best matches in the world, which helps draw eyes to ROH.

Jay Lethal said he believes his upcoming ROH title defense against Will Ospreay at Death Before Dishonor on Friday will top their first match because they’ll have more time in the second match and the other matches on the card will force him and Will to step their game up.
