Stokely Hathaway Returns To EVOLVE After Losing A “Career Versus Career” Match In August
The Stoke is back.
Last month at EVOLVE 111 in Michigan, on a day that wrestling fans inside of the ‘Monaghan Knights Of Columbus’ Hall witnessed seven matches, the main event of the show saw “Hot Sauce” Tracy Williams take on Chris Dickinson and Stokely Hathaway in a “Career Vs. Career” Handicap match.
Tracy Williams was able to beat the odds as he defeated both Hathaway and Dickinson which ultimately meant that Hathaway had to step away from EVOLVE. Following the match he had this to say to those in attendance:
“I’ve never said this my entire career, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart. I love each and every one of you, and thank you for the opportunity.”
Stokely went on to make an appearance at Joey Janela’s ‘Lost In New York’ show just a few days after his WWN career was ended but the stipulation that he had to close the door on his WWN run may have only stood for the month of August as today at EVOLVE 113 in Queens, NY, Stokely Hathaway made his return.
Results from EVOLVE 113 will be published here on the site once the entire show including the dark match with the Velveteen Dream has concluded. In the mean time check out the results from EVOLVE 112 which was live on the ‘World Wrestling Network’ from Joppa, MD.
