Report: Pedro Munhoz Faces Bryan Caraway At The UFC Ultimate Fighter 28 Finale
A bantamweight division attraction has been added to the UFC Ultimate Fighter 28 Finale according to Adam Hill of the Las Vegas Review-Journal as #9 Pedro Munhoz faces Bryan Caraway.
Munhoz (16-3-0-1NC) has won five of his last six under the UFC banner and is coming off of a victory over Brett Johns at UFC 227. Munhoz has suffered all three of his professional MMA losses in the UFC, with those defeats coming at the hands of Raphael Assuncao, Jimmie Rivera and John Dodson. Munhoz is a former Resurrection Fighting Alliance Bantamweight Champion, defeating UFC veteran Jeff Curran to capture the gold at RFA 9.
Caraway (21-8-0) has won two of his last three in the UFC, with those victories coming over the duo of Eddie Wineland and Aljamain Sterling. Caraway has seen his last four fights go the distance and it has been four years since the fighter got a finish. Munhoz has picked up a total of twenty one wins as a professional MMA fighter and seventeen of them have come by way of submission.
