WBKFF Signs Four More UFC Veterans
The World Bare Knuckle Fighting Federation (WBKFF) makes their debut this October with a card featuring a clash of UFC veterans in Chris Leben and Phil Baroni.
Another big move has been made by the organization as they have signed four more UFC vets to contracts, with those fighters being Joe Stevenson, Melvin Guillard, Josh Neer and Christina Marks.
It was through their official Instagram page that the WBKFF made the announcement.
Stevenson (33-16 in MMA) has won just two of his last eight fights as a professional MMA fighter and he hasn’t competed in nearly two years. Stevenson was one of two winners on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 2 and won a total of eight bouts while in the UFC.
Guillard (32-21-2-3NC in MMA) is in the midst of an eight fight losing streak in MMA and he hasn’t picked up a victory in over four years. Guillard spent over five years fighting in the UFC and earned a total of nine victories while competing in the organization.
Neer (36-16-1 in MMA) is currently riding a three fight losing streak as a pro MMA fighter and he hasn’t competed in almost three years. Neer did have a total of three separate runs under the UFC banner, picking up a total of six wins altogether.
Marks (8-10-0 in MMA) is the only female currently announced for the WBKFF roster and she lost her only fight in the UFC. Marks also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 26, losing to Emily Whitmire by submission in the opening round of the reality show.
Although the promotion has announced the signings of these fighters, it didn’t announce if they will debut at the October event or sometime after that show.
