Raymond Rowe Reflects On His Motorcycle Accident; Explains How It Changed His Way Of Thinking

They are ready to bring the pain.

Former two-time IWGP Tag Team Champions Raymond Rowe & “Warbeard” Hanson of ‘War Raiders’ formerly known as ‘War Machine’ have exploded on to the NXT scene and have yet to be defeated as they have ran through all comers who have stepped to them. Prior to NXT TakeOver: New Orleans going live on the WWE Network, Hanson and Rowe laid a beat-down onto Heavy Machinery and the team of Tino Sabbatelli and Riddick Moss–making a statement in their NXT debuts.

‘War Raiders’ are now two months in to their run in NXT and WWE.com wanted to get a inside look at who the tandem truly are and during that interview, Raymond Rowe was asked about his motorcycle accident in 2014 where he was seriously injured to the level that doctors had trouble explaining to Rowe how he even survived the crash.

“Yes. My life should have ended on Aug. 14, 2014. I was in a motorcycle wreck that every medical professional agrees should have killed me, but I survived.” Rowe said. “The surgeons and doctors told me that I would never compete again. I returned bigger, stronger and more motivated than ever.” Rowe continued speaking about how the accident changed his mindset on life, “I now live completely without fear. We all will die, but not many of us truly live while we are alive.”
