CM Punk Merchandise No Longer on UFC Shop Website; Something or Nothing?

It is probably nothing, but it is worth noting that there be might issues going on at the UFC Shop page, specifically when searching for fighters’ merchandise.

Per a tip through channels from Fightful owner Jimmy Van, the UFC Shop website no longer has any CM Punk merchandise in any section of the website. When searching for the name “CM Punk” or “Brooks” on the site, only two pieces of merchandise appear: an autographed card from Chad Mendes and Conor McGregor that contains a piece of material worn from each of the two fighters. CM Punk still has a fighter’s page on the official UFC website.

Punk’s merchandise can still be purchased through the UFC’s European Shop website.

Punk may not be the only one going through this. UFC strawweight fighter Claudia Gadelha, who last fought in July, is not listed on the “Fighters” page either, but her merchandise can be accessed by typing up her name and UFC Shop put together. As for Punk, if the same method were to be put in on search engines, a link for his merchandise shop does appear, but when clicked on, it redirects the user back to the UFC Shop home page.

It is also worth noting that the UFC Shop site also either takes a considerable amount of time just to load or does not even load at all.

Punk is scheduled to make his MMA debut against Mickey Gall at UFC 203 on September 10. Fightful will have complete coverage of the entire card, which will be headlined by Stipe Miocic against Alistair Overeem for the UFC Heavyweight Championship.
