Fight Size Update: Update On The Health Of Ric Flair, RVD’s Divorce Settlement, ‘Ava Storie’ Makes Her NXT Debut, More

Here's your Fight Size wrestling Update for the morning Of May 19th, 2018.

– Two-time WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair announced over his official Instagram page that he had to cancel the appearances he was scheduled to make this weekend due to a sudden illness. Flair had a serious health scare last summer that sent the wrestling world into a frenzy. Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet reported that Flair has come down with the flu.


– Former IMPACT Wrestling talent 'Ava Storie' made her NXT TV debut this past Wednesday as she competed in singles action against Lacey Evans. In January of this year Storie was moved to the "alumni" section of the IMPACT Wrestling website which confirmed her departure from the company after only eleven months with the company.


– After seventeen years of marriage former six-time WWE Intercontinental Champion Rob Van Dam has finalized his divorce. Amongst the two splitting their belongings, documents obtained by 'The Blast' showed that RVD's ex-wife wanted the ashes of their dogs who passed away. RVD recently posted a photo onto his Instagram page of himself and his new girlfriend Katie Ford.


WWE uploaded a video to their YouTube page of the times where WWE superstars fooled everyone watching them. 


– The WWE's European tour is coming to a close and out of the many star-studded matchups that took place during the tour, one in particular was said to have stolen the show and that was Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz. The Chronicle Live published an article which detailed that The Miz & Bryan stole the show in Newcastle and it had the crowd going nuts.


– May 18th was the 16th anniversary of the passing of former WWF Intercontinental Champion The British Bulldog. Smith Sr.'s son Davey Boy Smith Jr., and his daughter Georgia Smith paid their respects to their father honoring the anniversary of his death.


– Samoa Joe weighed in on Conor McGregor in an interview with the Irish Mirror


– Former 3-time WWE Champion Sheamus stated during an appearance on Liverpool Echo’s 'Blood Red' podcast that he seriously considered hitting futbol player Wojciech Szczesny with a "Brogue Kick" when the two crossed paths in Italy.
