Corey Anderson, Dave Branch, Aljamain Sterling Score Top 15 Wins At UFC Atlantic City
Kevin Lee, Edson Barboza, Frankie Edgar and Cub Swanson were in the spotlight Saturday night at UFC Atlantic City, but several other ranked fighters were also in action.
#10 light heavyweight Corey Anderson was dominant over #11 Patrick Cummins over three rounds. Anderson outwrestled and outstruck his opponent, on his way to a one sided unanimous decision victory. You can see an excerpt of our Fightful live coverage below.
Round Three: The round begins with Cummins attacking Anderson with a left hook, Anderson scores a takedown on Cummins and he gets back control. Cummins scrambles to his feet and Anderson drags him back to the ground, Cummins gets back up and Anderson drags him back down again. Cummins scrambles back to his feet again and Anderson scores another takedown a few moments later, Cummins gets back up again and Anderson holds him against the cage wall as the round ends.

Aljamain Sterling saw himself in a familiar position, as he faced undefeated Brett Johns, a prospect who mirrored Sterling's own entry into the UFC. In perhaps Sterling's greatest performance of his career, he was able to put together all of his tools and hand Johns his first career loss.
Round Three: The round begins with Sterling attacking Johns with a high kick, Johns eats more strikes as he swings away at Sterling. Sterling starts attacking Johns with a bunch of leg kicks, Sterling scores a takedown on Johns and he gets back control. Johns gets back up with Sterling holding onto him, Sterling attacks Johns with a few strikes while holding onto him. The referee separates the fighters for inactivity, the action resumes with Johns swinging away at Sterling. Sterling grabs Johns and he holds him against the cage wall, the fighters separate and Sterling kicks away at Johns. Sterling scores a takedown on Johns and he gets back control, Sterling nails Johns with ground and pound as the round ends.

Former WSOF double champion #8 David Branch scored arguable the biggest victory of his career when he knocked out #12 Thiago Santos in the first round. It was Branch's first KO win in seven UFC fights, dating all the way back to his first run in the company in 2010.
Round One: The round begins with Santos attacking Branch with a few kicks, Santos also catches Branch with some leg kicks. Branch does his best to nail Santos with a few rights, Santos attacks Branch with a multiple punch combination. Branch drops a kicking Santos with a counter right and he pounces on him with more strikes until the referee jumps in.
