Ethan Page Responds To Loss In Title Match On WWE NXT

Page failed to win the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline. He was emotional after the match, as he said that he did not know how to get back to the NXT Championship.
On the December 10 episode of NXT, Tony D’Angelo agreed to give Page a shot at the NXT North American Championship. Before the match, Page said that his career would be “pretty much over” if he could not beat the NXT North American Champion. D’Angelo went on to pin Page to retain the title.
Later in the show, Page was shown leaving, and he was visibly frustrated. He said that he was better than this, he had been better than this, but he had lost this way. Page said that he usually said he was “All Ego”, but he didn’t think he was. He reiterated that he had no idea how to get back to the title. Page stated that he was lost and ashamed. He then walked away.
