Mick Foley Doesn’t Mind Travis Scott Using ‘Cactus Jack’ Name
Travis Scott has used the name “Cactus Jack,” turning it into a brand and a record label. The label was founded in January 2017. The brand name is utilized on Fanatics merchandise, Nike shoes, and more.
For wrestling fans, Cactus Jack is one of Mick Foley’s three personas.
“Are they working an angle without telling me?” Foley wonder to MuscleManMalcolm when asked about WWE giving a Hardcore Title to Scott. “Look, as far as I’m concerned, if someone wants to google Cactus Jack, and Travis’ name is gonna come up first, mine’s gonna be right behind that, I don’t mind. I know a lot of people do, but I don’t mind when I see the Mandible Claw being used on TV, whereas other wrestlers do mind. So I don’t mind if Travis Scott wants to bring a little more love to the name Cactus Jack because it trickles down to me eventually. It’s a big compliment. I know for the record he’s gotta say he named Cactus Jack after his dad, too. Okay, Travis. If that’s what you want us to believe.”
Scott is set to provide WWE with the new theme song for WWE Raw when the brand moves to Netflix on January 6.
Elsewhere during the interview, Foley named his Tribal Leader. You can find his answer by clicking here.
