Paul Walter Hauser has called out Jeff Jarrett.

On the January 13, 2023 edition of AEW Rampage, Paul Walter Hauser would make his first appearance in All Elite Wrestling, initially being interviewed by Tony Schiavone in the ring. However, Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal and company would make their way down to the ring, leading to an attack that included Jarrett smashing a guitar over Hauser’s head, and the group stealing Hauser’s Golden Globe award.

While speaking to RJ City on Hey! (EW), Paul Walter Hauser called out Jeff Jarrett for the situation, despite Jarrett’s face turn.

“I’d like to call out Jeff Jarrett and just say, you know, what happened was you took the liberty of breaking a guitar over my head. I went with it, albeit unscripted, because I love wrestling and I was honored to be in the ring and have a moment with all you guys. Then about four months into having my Golden Globe, I had to hit up Tony Khan and ask him to give it back to me and mail it overnight. So that never really got resolved. So I just know that you are having a good moment. You’ve shown yourself to be a more trustworthy, thoughtful guy, and I know you’re in a new place. So I just want to say, whether it’s a tag match with you or against you, I feel that there’s some business to be had there.”

Elsewhere in the same interview, Hauser addressed what he feels to be the greatest wrestling movie of all time. You can read more about that here.
