Liam Payne, Who Once Wrestled Kurt Angle, Passes Away

Liam Payne sadly passed away on October 16th at the age of 31 after falling from a third-floor balcony in Argentina. 

Liam was most famously part of the band One Direction. 

For wrestling fans, Liam once had a match with Kurt Angle. The bout took place in November 2013 as part of One Direction promoting their album “Midnight Memories.” 

Liam dressed as a luchador called “The Payne Train.” Liam was victorious in the match.
