Enzo Amore Says Ronda Rousey Is In For A ‘Rude Awakening’ When It Comes To Pro Wrestling
There's key differences between what WWE does and what MMA does.
Enzo Amore brought this up when talking to TMZ recently. In the video above, when asked about Ronda Rousey's recent meeting with Triple H, he made it pretty clear that Rousey might have a hard time transitioning from MMA to pro wrestling.
"She's in for a rude awakening, kid" he told the cameraman.
"MMA is MMA" he said. "Ain't disrespecting MMA whatsoever, respect what they do much much You ever been put through a table, slammed through concrete? It's a different ball game."
But it's not that Rousey couldn't translate into pro wrestling — he told the cameraman that she'd do a good job in that area. He just thinks that she knows how tough it will be, but will still find it difficult.
"I think she respects what we do enough that she knows its hard" he said.
Earlier in the summer, it was reported here that Ronda Rousey has been training in pro wrestling at Brian Kendrick's wrestling school in Southern California. It isn't known when she'll make an appearance, or if she'll be at WrestleMania, but it's clear that Rousey has expressed keen interest in making the transition.
