HOOK Retires FTW Championship After Defeating Roderick Strong At AEW Dynamite Grand Slam
HOOK retires the FTW Championship.
At AEW Dynamite Grand Slam, HOOK successfully defended the FTW Championship against Roderick Strong, forcing him to submit with his Redrum submission. After the bout, Strong, Matt Taven, and Mike Bennett all shook hands with HOOK.

HOOK then joined Tony Schiavone at ringside for a short interview and made a shocking announcement, revealing that he’s retiring the FTW Championship. HOOK handed the belt to his father, Taz, as the segment came to an end.
