Aljamain Sterling Announces He Is Unable To Compete At UFC 307 Against Movsar Evloev
Aljamain Sterling is out of UFC 307.
Former UFC Bantamweight Champion Aljamain Sterling announced that he is unable to compete at UFC 307 against Movsar Evloev.
Sterling said he was injured during sparring and was unable to rehab enough to where he could still fight. He asked Movsar if he would be willing to push the fight back, indicating that he would be ready to fight in December.
I believe God has a plan and is protecting me to give my best for @MovsarUFC. I need all my tools for an opponent like Movsar and hopefully he’s willing to fight me when I’m healed up. Thank you to the @UFC medical team for looking out for my health and protecting me from myself.… pic.twitter.com/9nJVf14mew
