UFC On Fox 26 Overnight Ratings Are In & Its Not Good
The final UFC On Fox event for the year is in the books and it was headlined by former UFC Lightweight Champion Rafael Dos Anjos defeating former UFC Welterweight Champion Robbie Lawler by decision.
Overnight ratings are in for the event and they are not good because the show drew a total of 1.78 million viewers, which is a 0.6 rating. These numbers make it the second lowest rated UFC On Fox event of all time, with the number one event being UFC On Fox 25 and that show drew 1.64 million viewers.
Other than the main event, a total of three other fights aired live on Fox, which included Josh Emmett defeating Ricardo Lamas, Santiago Ponzinibbio defeat Mike Perry and Glover Teixeira defeat Misha Cirkunov.
Despite the low numbers, it was a successful night for Fox because the only show to outdraw UFC On Fox 26 in the coveted 18-49 male demographic was a rerun of “I Want A Dog For Christmas Charlie Brown,” which aired on ABC.
Since the overnight ratings doesn’t measure all viewers, demographics and other modes of viewing (online, DVR, etc.), so the numbers can still go up for the event when the final ratings come in.
