Wrestling REVOLVER announced that “Speedball” Mike Bailey will defend the TNA X-Division Championship against Matthew Palmer at REVOLVER Tales From The Ring on September 21st.
Bailey won the title by defeating Zachary Wentz at TNA Victory Road on September 13th.
