Alisha Edwards Not Cleared To Compete, Tasha Steelz Taking Her Place In TNA Knockouts Tag Title Match At TNA Victory Road

Tasha Steelz fills in for Alisha Edwards.

Alisha Edwards was placed in concussion protocol after she suffered an apparent injury at TNA Emergence, where she competed in a six-woman tag team match, and she has been sidelined ever since.

TNA announced that Edwards was not medically cleared to compete at TNA Victory Road on September 13th, so Tasha Steelz would take her place in the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship match. Steelz and Slamovich will defend the titles against Spitfire (Dani Luna and Jody Threat). If Spitfire loses, they will be forced to disband.

Spitfire previously won the titles at TNA Sacrifice 2024. Slamovich and Edwards dethroned them at TNA Under Siege, and they have held the gold ever since.

As of this writing, there is no word on when Alisha Edwards will return to the ring. Fightful will provide more information as it becomes available.

Fightful will have coverage of TNA Victory Road as it airs on September 13th.
