UFC 204 Will Have Local Fans Up Until 6 AM
It’s official, UFC pay-per-view is returning to England, and they’ll see one of their own defend a UFC Championship.
Surely, the country will be happy about that. What isn’t likely to excite the audience in attendance will be the late hours they’ll be keeping. UFC announced the UFC 204 main card will start 3 AM local time, with the first fight taking place at the traditional United States PPV start time of 10 PM EST.
The card is already starting to take shape, and has four top-15 bouts slated for the event. In addition to UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping defending his title against long-time foe Dan Henderson, another English fighter in Jimi Manuwa takes on former UFC title challenger Ovince St. Preux. Gegard Mousasi will also finally get the Vitor Belfort fight he’s sought out, and Ruslan Magomedov will take on Stefan Struve.
UFC 204 takes place on October 8, from the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. You can see the current card below.
