TMZ Obtains Jennifer Hudson’s Order of Protection Against David Otunga, Cops Open Domestic Battery Investigation

Police have told TMZ that they are opening a misdemeanor domestic battery investigation based on details from the protective order Jennifer Hudson filed on David Otunga.

TMZ has the details of Hudson's protective order, and it's not pretty. She claims back on Wednesday (11/15) she was in a recording session with her son by her side. Otunga tried to contact her, but she would not answer. Otunga contacted her son and told him to record to show that she was dating one of her producers, which she denies.

When she got home, Otunga was very angry. he grabbed David Jr. by the hand and pushed Hudson out of the master suite. Hudson says her son, a makeup artist and an assistant all witnessed this. She said that this was a pattern of escalating behavior, and she is concerned about her safety due to Otunga being 6'3 and 240 pounds,

She also mentioned that on occasion, Otunga would leave a gun and holster on the kitchen counter. He says that it is a movie prop, but Hudson says she is very sensitive about having firearms in the house as her mother and brother were murdered by a firearm.

The order of protection would give Hudson control of the house they live in, as well as custody of her son. She has also asked the judge to give her "significant decision-making responsibilities" as she has been solely responsible for making all major decisions for the child. Otunga argues it's the the opposite.

Otunga has pulled himself out of Survivor Series as a result of these allegations. WWE has yet to comment on the situation.
