Ian McCall Wants To Stomp Opponent’s Head In Rizin Debut

Former UFC fighter Ian McCall is set to make his Rizin debut this coming December in the Rizin Bantamweight Grand Prix quarterfinals at Rizin 8 and his opponent is going to be Manel Kape.

McCall is allowed to use foot stomps against his opponent in the fight and he plans on doing some damage to Kape’s head.

“I understand you’re 7-1, but let’s focus back on the fact that I think all but two or three guys have losing records, and even guys who have winning records are like 10-9 or 7-5,” he said on MMA Junkie Radio. “They’re dog(expletive). I can’t wait to teach this kid a lesson. I can stomp on his head; I can do some really (expletive) up (expletive) to him. It’s going to be really fun.”

The former UFC fighter is competing for the first time in almost three years and his last bout was a loss to John Lineker at UFC 183.

Kape has been doing some trash talking to the UFC veteran and McCall wants him to talk that trash in a language he can understand.

“If you’re going to talk (expletive) to me, at least make it in English so I can understand,” McCall said. “Next time, at least try and kiss me or something, because that was weird and awkward. Even if you did knock me out, there’s no way you’d be able to (expletive) my girlfriend. She’s really hot, and you’re a slob. So you need to (expletive) relax.”

Rizin 8 takes place on Friday, December 29 from the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on Fite TV.
