Potential Heel Turn In WWE Hell In A Cell Main Event

On Sunday night's WWE Hell in a Cell show, Sami Zayn possibly turned heel by saving longtime friend Kevin Owens from eating an elbow drop through a table by Shane McMahon.

The off and on friendship and rivalry between Owens and Zayn has carried through WWE, NXT, ROH and more and took the latest turn on the show. After the save, Sami Zayn put Owens on top of Shane McMahon for the three count.

Check out an excerpt of our Fightful.com live coverage below.

Shane suplexes Kevin onto the roof of the cell before Kevin beats him down and hits a running senton. They exchange strikes before Kevin hits a pop-up powerbomb onto the roof of the cell. They exchange strikes some more before Kevin drops Shane with a forearm, then decides to get off of the cell, but Shane goes after him and sends him off of the side of the cell and through the announce table. Shane puts Kevin on another table before climbing back up on top of the cell. Shane jumps off of the top of the cell, Sami Zayn shows up and puls Kevin out of the way at the last moment. Sami then drags Kevin over to Shane and makes the referee count the pin for the win.

Winner: Kevin Owens via pinfall

-After the match we get several replays at various angles and we see Sami Zayn looking on as Shane is taken out on a stretcher and Kevin is helped to the back.

Former United States Champion AJ Styles spoke out on the situation on Talking Smack.
