Video games, the great uniter, has once again blessed us with an unusual, yet awesome pairing: UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway and SmackDown Tag Team Champion Big E.
While WWE was touring in Honolulu, Holloway, who was in attendance at the Live Event, decided to challenge Big E to a fight in the UFC…video game. Of course, Holloway beat Big E in the UFC 2 video game playing as himself.
Below are just some of the tweets posted by the New Day and WWE referee Scott Armstrong.
Don't worry, if you want to see the full fight, Xavier Woods said it will be posted on his YouTube channel UpUpDownDown. Holloway is coming off the biggest win of his career when he beat Jose Aldo at UFC 212 to become the undisputed UFC Featherweight champion. Big E and the rest of the New Day recently regained the SmackDown Tag Team titles, beating The Usos in a street fight on SmackDown Live in Las Vegas.
