RAW Viewership Drops For 9/11 Episode Up Against Week 1 Of Monday Night Football
This week's episode of Monday Night RAW, featuring Braun Strowman vs John Cena for the first time ever, as well as an appearance by Brock Lesnar, drew 2.903 million viewers, according to ShowBuzz Daily. This is down from the 2.932 million viewers that watched last week's Labor Day episode.
The 2.903 million viewers marks the lowest number since July 3rd, but that is to be expected with the return of Monday Night Football, which led the Top 150 on cable by a wide margin. RAW managed to take the #3 spot in total viewership, as well as #3 in the highly coveted 18-49 demographic for the night on cable, behind the NFL double-header on ESPN.
RAW's first hour drew 3.022 million viewers, the second hour drew 2.987 million viewers and the final hour, which featured an impromptu eight-man tag match main event, dropped down to 2.699 million viewers.
