As previously announced, WWE will hold King and Queen of the Ring in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on May 25. The May 24 edition of WWE SmackDown will also emanate from Jeddah.
During the April 29 episode of WWE Raw, the broadcast team noted that the King of the Ring tournament would begin on the May 5 episode of WWE Raw. Additional details were not provided, so there is no word on which matches will take place. However, Gunther and Xavier Woods have declared for the tournament, while Drew McIntyre and Sheamus have expressed their interest as well.
Additionally, the May 6 episode of WWE Raw will mark the first day that the WWE Draft rosters will be in effect.
