Zack Sabre Jr. Regains NJPW World TV Title From Matt Riddle At NJPW Windy City Riot, Is Confronted By Jeff Cobb
Zack Sabre Jr. makes history at NPW Windy City Riot.
Zack Sabre Jr. became the first two-time NJPW World TV Champion when he defeated Matt Riddle at NJPW Windy City Riot. Afterward, he was confronted by Jeff Cobb. Sabre promised Cobb a future TV Title shot but a date wasn’t specifically agreed upon.
Matt Riddle held the championship for 50 days after defeating Hiroshi Tanahashi for the gold. Zack Sabre Jr. was the inaugural NJPW World TV Champion winning the championship at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom in 2023 and holding it for exactly one year.
